We are Ricky and LaChae Pickens, and our story isn't just about coaching—it's about a twenty-five-year journey of walking together through life's highest peaks and deepest valleys.
When we first started, we didn't have all the answers. Like many of the couples we serve today, we had to learn how to communicate across differences, handle conflict with grace, and keep our faith at the center of everything we did.
What began as a personal commitment to building a strong family transformed into a calling to help others do the same. Over two decades, we've developed a professional approach that combines modern relationship principles with timeless faith-centered wisdom.
